This paper presents a three-dimensional heat transfer analysis of flat-plate oscillating pipe (OHP). To enhance implementation OHPs in various applications, it is important to understand the comprehensive phenomena that include thermal diffusion whole structure and hydraulics channel. We developed an OHP model includes effect thermo-fluid behavior. The was validated with experimental results aluminum which has size 200 mm × 90 3.8 mm, channel diameter 1.0 turn number 42. surface roughness liquid film thickness on operating temperature investigated. relation between behavior distribution analyzed. For OHP, difference across direction 0.1 °C relatively small, whereas, moving hot spot: local high-temperature region, found planer surface. maximum spot superheat reached 5.4 for W. novelties this are develop reveal combined thermo-hydraulic structure.
